Become a partner of our award-winning, full-service Paint Party company, t.c. studios arts & entertainment® and our original Paint Your Pet® brand! Since 2016, we have partnered with amazing venues and breweries in the mid-Atlantic, and host 400+ events per year!
We offer all kinds of Painting Experiences (canvas, glassware, faux pumpkins, wooden pallets, etc.) but our most popular event is Paint Your Pet®. We have officially trademarked the brand and we have a special process that makes it super fun and easy for guests to paint a portrait of their pet in 2 hours!
We provide all of the materials, instructors, music by a DJ, etc. We always aim for sellout, which is 40+ painters. We have a strict minimum of 15 painters, and we can accommodate 100+ painters at a time.
Marketing and promo: We make it fun and easy and designed to fill your taproom! Our team creates the promotional graphics and flyer for you to print and hang, and we will do mutual social media and email marketing to promote the event. We require strong mutual promotion. Our area manager will help keep you on track: regularly checking in with you, making sure you have everything you need, keeping you updated on headcount, and promoting on site at your venue.

Branding: Promotional material created will include branding of both parties
Benefit: We sell the tickets on our website (our benefit) & the venue (you) would benefit from F&B sales. We do not include any drinks or food in our ticket pricing. Other partners see upwards of $900+ during one of our sold out Experiences. (**Following the proper marketing and promo guidelines ensures sellout!**) Our goal is a win/win for everyone!
Other important stuff:
We require 1.5-2 hours of set up. The painting experiences themselves are 6:30-8:30PM on weeknights. Clean up is very quick - so in total we would require about 4 hours of time there.
There must be space comfortable for 40+ painters in your establishment, and there must be adequate lighting for painting.
For promo time, we require 6-8 weeks to promote each event.
Our team handles all customer service and communications with guests
Our service is FREE of charge! Multiple reschedules or cancellations *due to not following the marketing guidelines* may result in a cancellation fee.
We are professional, licensed and insured to work on site at your establishment
We would also ask that during our partnership, we would be exclusive, and you would not work with additional paint party vendors during our partnership.
